• Structure on-balance-sheet debt financing for commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, construction, and refinancing;
• Prepare comprehensive credit applications in English, including end-to-end risk assessments and financing terms;
• Present applications to decision-making bodies and advocate directly before credit committees, including at UniCredit Group level in Milan;
• Negotiate credit documentation, including CRE LMA standards, and transaction terms with clients and advisors;
• Jointly manage client relationships with the relationship unit;
• Collaborate with Group units in an international environment.

• Understand the Commercial Real Estate market, property valuation methodologies, and real estate development and investment cycles;
• Apply advanced financial analysis and derive strategic conclusions;
• Assess credit risk specific to property assets, structure debt, and analyze financial forecasts;
• Have advanced written and spoken English;
• Have advanced written and spoken Polish;
• Use MS Office/Google Workspace, especially Excel/Google Sheets for financial modeling;
• Work independently and prioritize tasks in a dynamic transactional environment;
• Demonstrate strong commitment to ongoing processes and high professional conduct with clients and business partners;
• Have practical knowledge of CRE LMA documentation standards and legal structures;
• Nice to have: experience with sustainable real estate frameworks, ESG certifications such as BREEAM/LEED, green loans or bonds, professional certifications such as CFA, RICS, CIMA, or ACCA.
