finance manager for clinical trial proposals

• Develop study budgets for proposals and change orders for ongoing projects;
• Manage study budgets throughout clinical projects, including maintaining project finance information in internal systems, preparing accrual reports, and requesting invoices;
• Develop sponsor agreements and change orders, and prepare payment schedules;
• Set up and maintain project-specific timesheets in the internal system;
• Reconcile actual and budget costs regularly.

• College or university degree, preferably in Finance or Economics;
• At least 3 years of experience in project budgeting and financial analysis in a CRO setting;
• English at CEFR C1 level;
• Proficiency in standard MS Office applications and advanced MS Excel skills;
• Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, organizational, and time management skills;
• Ability to communicate with all involved departments and sponsors;
• Ability to produce accurate and timely information and reports;
• Ability to work under pressure and perform multiple tasks;
• Ability to train others.
