Finance Manager – Data Automation and Analytics

As a member of the Data and Analytics Team, the role is a key finance partner across businesses and functions. This role is responsible for delivering high impact financial analytics that drive operational accountability, predictability and transparency and finance efficiencies. This role will partner heavily with the site finance leaders, operations COE and IT.

• Subject matter expert (SME) of financial data, IT solutions and manufacturing systems (i.e. SAP PmX, Oracle Zeal, Microsoft, Tableau, RPA, etc.) extending across all Power business units
• Partner with IT, operations COE, and finance FP&A & controllership to build cost effective, scalable and compliant solutions enhancing rigor on proper IT standards and documentation requirements
• Inspire and coach a team in a collaborative team environment
• Identify and provide recommendations on how to harmonize processes to stabilize or streamline digital solutions in partnership with IT and operations COE
• Ensure high level of customer service to understand voice of customer, develop appropriate dashboards and tools, and provide back-end support and validation
• Maintain central repository of standard data & analytical tools, operating procedures, and training material to end users

• Demonstrated domain expertise in supply chain finance and data analytics
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business or Finance
• Fluent English knowledge is essential
• Knowledge of accounting policies and practices, including US GAAP, standard costing, inventory, and fixed assets
• Mastery knowledge of manufacturing system ERPs (i.e. SAP, Oracle, BAAN) and with digital and automation tools such as Microsoft, Tableau, RPA, SQL
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, problem-solving skills and communication skills
• Strong written and verbal communication in Hungarian
• Established project management skills, including relevant experience leading complex initiatives cross functionally
