• Coordinate Percentage of Completion (PoC) settlement processes;
• Control and analyze construction project budgets;
• Implement processes;
• Support the group in implementing related procedures across other companies, including foreign entities;
• Verify and calculate project bonuses;
• Verify and calculate provisions;
• Analyze project profitability, MtM changes, variances, and progress;
• Settle guarantees;
• Verify the correctness of deposits;
• Monitor cash flow in the construction company;
• Control, verify, and analyze settlements with clients, Controlling, and Accounting;
• Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual closings;
• Prepare group reports and participate in statutory reporting;
• Provide ongoing financial cooperation and advisory support to business departments.

• Higher education, preferably in economics, finance, or construction;
• Advanced English proficiency at B2/C1 level;
• At least 4 years of controlling experience in the construction industry;
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel;
• Ability to translate technical matters into financial aspects;
• Analytical thinking skills;
• Experience coordinating or managing a team;
• Communication skills, independence, and very good time management;
• Nice to have: Experience with Symfonia, Salesforce, SAP S/4Hana; experience gained on office-sector projects.
