PSI is a Contract Research Organization with more than 25 years on the market, delivering quality and on-time services across a variety of therapeutic indications.

• Develop study budgets, including bid budgets and change-order budgets for ongoing projects;
• Manage study budgets throughout the clinical project duration, including setting up and maintaining project finance information in PSI internal systems, preparing accrual reports, and requesting invoices;
• Develop sponsor contracts, including sponsor agreements, change orders, and payment schedules;
• Manage the timesheet system, including setting up and maintaining project-specific timesheets and regularly reconciling actual versus budgeted costs.

• Hold a college or university degree, preferably in Finance or Economics;
• Have at least 3 years of experience in project budgeting and financial analysis in a CRO setting;
• English at CEFR C1 level;
• Proficiency in standard MS Office applications and advanced use of MS Excel;
• Strong analytical skills;
• Strong communication and negotiation skills;
• Strong organizational and time management skills;
• Ability to communicate with all involved departments and sponsors;
• Ability to produce accurate and timely information and reports;
• Ability to work under pressure and perform multiple tasks;
• Ability to train others.
