Finance Manager

• Determine the company’s financial policy and implement measures to ensure financial stability;
• Manage financial operations based on strategic goals and development prospects;
• Determine financing sources and control compliance with financial discipline;
• Monitor financial resources, contractual obligations, income receipt, transaction registration, and cash discipline;
• Ensure company solvency and control cash flows;
• Analyze financial performance and risks and develop risk-minimization measures;
• Lead the development of tax policy, tax planning, tax optimization, accounting policies, and tax compliance;
• Prepare IFRS financial statements, management reporting, analytical consolidation reporting, and other corporate reports;
• Participate in sales plan discussions;
• Prepare proposals to increase business profitability and reduce costs.

• Higher financial or economic education;
• Knowledge of 1C8 and Excel;
• Knowledge of IFRS;
• Experience as a financial director or financial controller;
• Fluent Russian and Uzbek;
• Nice to have: experience in retail chains and international companies, English.
