Contract: 12-Month Fixed Term Contract

Reporting to: UK Finance Director

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Finance Manager to join us on a 12-month fixed-term basis, supporting one of our business units through an important period of transformation.

This is much more than a traditional Finance Manager role. Alongside taking ownership of day-to-day financial management and reporting, you will play a key role in strengthening processes, improving financial controls and driving finance transformation across the business.

You will take ownership of the order-to-invoice process, help stabilise and improve financial reporting, introduce scalable and efficient processes, and ensure the business has the structure and controls needed to support its continued growth.

You’ll also manage a small finance administration team, work closely with operational leadership and PCP’s wider finance function, and act as a key driver of positive change within the business unit.

This role would suit someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, solving problems and building structure from the ground up. You’ll be comfortable working in an evolving environment, able to challenge existing ways of working and confident in bringing people with you through change.
