Finance Business Partner Iberia (Reporting to CFO Deputy Continental Europe)

The Finance Business Partner Iberia is a key role in the Finance organization providing data-led insights to advise senior business leaders. They also play a critical role in managing the day-to-day finance operations working closely with business.

The candidate should have leadership qualities and charisma to act on behalf of the CFO deputy in front of the leadership team. They should be able to navigate a complex internal structure and have a proven record of driving value-creation activities through commercial and technical finance activities.

We are looking for someone who is driven, self-motivated and has a proactive approach to solve problems. This involves operating in a fast-evolving environment to drive transformational change across the organization.
