Finance Business Partner

We’re looking for a Senior Finance Business Partner who will work closely with our Operations leadership and help improve how our fulfillment centers perform — financially and operationally. This is a highly hands-on role for someone who enjoys business partnering, analysis, challenging the status quo and turning numbers into action.

As Finance Business Partner, you’ll support our fulfillment center operations with analysis, business insight and financial challenge.

• Experience as a Senior Controller or Finance Business Partner
• Strong track record of working with non-finance teams and supporting them with analysis and business insight
• Strong analytical thinking and confidence working with complex data
• Good understanding of business economics and basic accounting
• Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, lookup/search functions, etc.)
• Practical experience with AI tools and their effective use in day-to-day work is a plus
• High level of ownership, independence and reliability
• Curiosity, learning mindset and willingness to explore new areas
• Fluent Czech/Slovak and English at least B2 level
