Finance analyst in network states

You’ve found your way to the back of the house, the application to become part of the Network School Core Team. OK! Now, let’s talk about working with us as a Finance Analyst on our finance team.

• Code transactions in the general ledger and reconcile bank accounts, wallets, payables, and receivables.
• Help run the monthly close and prepare management accounts (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Process invoices and payments through approval workflows, and keep vendor and customer records clean.
• Prepare actuals vs budget reports and ad-hoc analyses for leadership.
• Prepare schedules and supporting documents for auditors, tax advisors, and our investor data room.

• We’re looking for a Finance Analyst who is willing to relocate to the Network School campus in Astana, Kazakhstan.
• You’re early in your career, ambitious, and want to learn fast.
• You’re detail-obsessed and organized, and happy to do the unglamorous work of getting every number right, because you know that’s how you earn the bigger responsibilities.
• You don’t need to have seen it all. You need to be sharp, reliable, and coachable.
• 2–5 years in accounting or finance (audit firm, startup finance team, or similar).
• Solid grasp of double-entry bookkeeping and how the P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow fit together.
• No professional qualification required; part-qualified or studying is welcome.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups).
• You learn fast, take ownership, ask good questions, and follow through without being chased.
• Будет плюсом: Experience with Xero or a similar accounting system is a plus; Exposure to crypto/web3, multi-currency books, or a high-growth startup
