We are looking for a highly motivated Financial Analyst to join our Rebates team. In this role, you will become a trusted finance partner to the business, helping ensure that customer rebate programs are accurately managed, financially sound, and aligned with business objectives. As a Financial Analyst, you will take ownership of key activities across the rebate lifecycle and work closely with commercial, finance, and other business stakeholders.
Partner with the business to manage and optimize the rebates portfolio, providing financial insightsTranslate commercial agreements into financial processes by accurately capturing contract set-ups within our rebate functionalityPrepare forecasts and monitor customer performance versus targetManage accruals proactively, including assessing assumptions, identifying risks and opportunities, and making appropriate adjustmentsEnsure financial accuracy and control through balance sheet reconciliations and analysis of rebate-related balancesValidate customer sales performance and volumes, ensuring the underlying data is accurate and completePrepare settlement calculations and support the business through the rebate settlement processIdentify opportunities for improvement and contribute to standardization, automation and continuous improvement.
