We're growing — and we're looking for an EMEA Finance/Accounting Manager to lead a talented team through a next chapter. Are you an experienced accounting leader who thrives on complexity, loves building great teams, and gets genuinely excited about modernizing finance operations?

As our Finance/Accounting Manager Manager, EMEA, you'll take ownership of accounting operations across 7 jurisdictions and 10 legal entities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and consistency across both US GAAP and local statutory GAAPs. You'll lead a team of accountants, drive audits to successful completion, and play a key role in standardizing processes across the region — all while championing the use of AI and automation to make our finance function smarter, faster, and more scalable. This is a role for someone who doesn't just manage the books — you elevate how accounting gets done. You will be working from one of our Central European offices (Bratislava, Prague, or Brno), or remotely (Czechia, Slovakia) on a full-time basis.

• Proven experience managing accounting operations across multiple countries/entities
• Strong working knowledge of US GAAP and exposure to multiple local statutory GAAPs
• Track record of successfully leading audits and managing external auditor relationships
• Experience standardizing and improving processes in a multi-entity or multi-country environment
• Genuine enthusiasm for AI, automation, and finance transformation
• Strong people leadership skills — you know how to build, coach, and motivate a team
• Excellent communication skills; comfortable working across cultures, time zones, and stakeholder groups
• Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent)
