задачи
Report regularly to the Head of Trading Desk and escalate issues to the Chief Risk Officer when needed
Monitor risk in real time during shifts
Monitor liquidity provider connectivity, performance, and execution quality, initiating failover when necessary
Adjust exposure within pre-approved limits
Execute manual hedges in line with predefined notional thresholds
Approve minor spread adjustments in line with internal policy
Handle first-level escalations of desk incidents
Operate the 24/7/365 Trading Desk, including shift handovers
Coordinate with the Trading Desk team
требования
Preferably hold a degree in finance, economics, or a comparable qualification
Have product knowledge and experience with financial instruments, especially derivatives and crypto-assets
Have risk management knowledge
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
Be able to work independently in a fast-paced, regulated, 24/7/365 operational environment

The position is preferably based in Vienna, Austria, but this is not mandatory
