Ci2C Cash Application Analyst Europe

Manage and process incoming payments in line with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

Perform accurate cash application and clearing of Accounts Receivable (AR) balances

Investigate and resolve discrepancies, including unapplied or misapplied cash and deductions

Collaborate cross-functionally with collections, credit, and revenue teams to resolve issues

Deliver against operational KPIs while ensuring compliance with internal policies and controls

Support and contribute to continuous improvement and automation initiatives

Maintain process documentation and support knowledge transfer within the team

1–2 years of experience in cash application or accounts receivable, ideally in an international or shared services environment

Solid understanding of Invoice-to-Cash (Ci2C) processes, especially cash application

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP is an advantage

Fluent in English; additional European languages (e.g. French) are a plus

Strong communication and collaboration skills with a customer-focused mindset

Ability to prioritise tasks, work independently, and deliver in a fast-paced environment
