• Lead the Finance function, including financial and management accounting, treasury, taxation, and financial reporting
• Drive budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting across the Group and its legal entities
• Improve profitability through margin analysis, cost optimization, and effective financial control
• Oversee cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships
• Lead ERP implementation and development, financial process automation, and reporting improvements
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and the tax legislation of Azerbaijan
• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management
• Lead and develop a high-performing Finance team

• A degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
• 8+ Years of experience in Finance, including at least 5 years in senior finance leadership roles
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and Azerbaijani tax legislation
• Practical experience with ERP systems and finance transformation initiatives
• Experience working in a multi-entity corporate structure
