требования
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields;
- Minimum 6 years of experience in full-cycle accounting and tax management;
- Strong knowledge of Kazakhstan accounting standards, tax legislation, and National Bank regulations;
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., 1C) and Microsoft Excel;
- High level of integrity and compliance awareness
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of financial operations;
- Strong problem-solving skills;
- Good cross-cultural communication skills.
- Russian, Kazakh (necessary);
- English – required (good working proficiency);
- flexible for outstanding candidates;
- Будет плюсом: Experience in construction, renewable energy (wind/solar), or infrastructure investment is a strong advantage; Professional accounting certifications are advantage; Chinese – preferred, but not necessarily
