• Full management of accounting and tax reporting, including processing all accounting transactions, maintaining the archive of source documents, cost calculation, issuing VAT invoices, confirming incoming invoices, end-to-end management of VAT, corporate income tax, withholding taxes, etc.
• Preparation and submission of various financial reports, including tax returns, legal entity statements, management reports, statistical reports, payroll reports and others.
• Calculation and optimization of the company’s tax burden, including monitoring the tax burden, analyzing compliance with standards and reasonableness.
• Cash management: cash budgeting, management of receipts and payments, bank account administration, contract registration, liaison with banks, etc.
• Audit management: preparation of audit documentation, on-site coordination, monitoring of corrective actions, and other support for internal and external audits.
• Credit management: maintenance of core customer data, customer credit limits, customer overdue receivables, customer bonuses and price regulation.
• Performance of other tasks, payroll administration, HR documentation and other finance-related work.

• Experience managing a start-up organization
• English language proficiency
• Knowledge of 1C and SAP
• In-depth knowledge of accounting
