• Oversee all financial, tax, and treasury operations at the Kazakhstan plant. Collaborate with the group finance team to support business growth and manage local fiscal risks.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local banks and financial institutions to optimize fund management efficiency.
• Establish and improve financial and accounting systems. Prepare regular statutory reports and management reports required by the group.
• Lead budgeting, business analysis, and cost control efforts to enhance overall cost-effectiveness.
• Participate in the implementation of IT systems for the overseas subsidiary.

• Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management, or Mathematics bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in financial management, multinational or manufacturing sectors
• Proficient in IFRS and Kazakh financial regulations; skilled in independent financial analysis and decision-making
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Kazakh, English and Russian.
• Full-cycle factory accounting experience; proficient with 1C and SAP
• Kazakh professional accounting certification required
• Будет плюсом: MBA or related Master's preferred; Big 4 experience a plus; ACCA DipIFR or similar preferred
