AVP portfolio management oversight

The Luxembourg entity manages UCITS and AIFs across private equity, real estate, credit, and hedge fund strategies, as well as separately managed accounts.

• Conduct risk-based due diligence and ongoing monitoring of portfolio management delegates, escalating findings to senior management
• Prepare reports and present Portfolio Management Oversight results to committees and boards
• Serve as the Portfolio Management Oversight contact across the US and EMEA, building relationships with delegates, business teams, and external counsel
• Keep policies and procedures up to date with CSSF and EU requirements, and support internal and external audits
• Improve and automate processes using technology and AI tools
• Coach and support junior team members

• 5–10 Years of experience in Luxembourg within a UCITS ManCo, AIFM, or advisory firm, including hands-on portfolio management or delegate oversight
• Strong knowledge of UCITS and AIFM regulation, CSSF requirements, and risk assessment
• A Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a similar field
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills
