Auditor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Auditor to join our growing Assurance team. The successful candidate will lead audit engagements, supervise audit staff, and work directly with clients across various industries. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop leadership skills while delivering high-quality audit and assurance services in accordance with International Standards on Auditing (ISA), IFRS, and IFRS for SMEs.

• Lead and execute audit engagements from planning through completion.
• Prepare and review audit documentation and working papers.
• Assess business risks and evaluate internal controls.
• Review financial statements prepared under IFRS and IFRS for SMEs.
• Identify audit issues, propose practical solutions, and communicate findings to management.
• Supervise, coach, and mentor junior team members.
• Coordinate with engagement managers and partners to ensure timely delivery of engagements.
• Prepare audit reports and management letters.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional client service.
• Ensure compliance with firm methodology, ISA, ISQM 1 requirements, and applicable regulations.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• ACCA qualification (completed or in progress preferred).
• 3-5+ years of external audit experience, preferably with an international or professional services firm.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, IFRS for SMEs, and ISA.
• Experience leading audit engagements and supervising staff.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Advanced Excel and financial reporting skills.
• Proficiency in English and Georgian.
