• Manage audits and reviews of financial statements, as well as audit-related and consulting projects for clients
• Participate in preparing commercial proposals
• Develop relationships with current clients, identify opportunities to expand audit and consulting services, and maintain long-term cooperation
• Identify potential clients and develop strategies and action plans to attract them
• Monitor changes in the audit services market and clients’ economic sectors, analyze collected information, and develop new commercial offers
• Identify and resolve risk-related issues while ensuring compliance with professional ethics and auditor independence
• Participate in audit group planning and assign tasks to support effective audits
• Manage project budgets, compare actual and budgeted costs, and analyze overruns
• Hold final meetings with audit team members to identify potential improvements for future audits
• Submit audit reports to the project director for signature
• Assess assistants’ and supervisors’ work at the end of projects
• Cooperate closely with DPP department specialists during projects
• Participate in recruitment events and interviews, and conduct training sessions and seminars for employees and clients

• Higher education
• At least 5 years of audit experience
• Experience applying IFRS and strong technical expertise
• ACCA, a local license (SM), or a similar professional qualification
• Upper-intermediate business English proficiency for client communication and documentation
