Lead, coach, and develop a team accounting specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, ensuring timely and accurate completion.Review journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and intercompany accounts to ensure compliance with internal controls and US GAAP.Perform financial statement reviews, balance sheet and P&L fluctuation analysis, and support management reporting.Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across Finance, Sales, Purchasing, and Operations.Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive service excellence.Support SOX compliance requirements, internal controls, and audit activities.Manage fixed asset accounting processes.Identify and implement process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives.Contribute to finance transformation projects and other strategic initiatives.This role offers the opportunity to combine technical accounting expertise, people leadership, and process improvement in a dynamic international environment.
