Accountant in pharmaceuticals

The pharmaceutical company InnoTeam has been successfully operating in the market for more than 10 years, offering consumers innovative medical products manufactured by leading pharmaceutical companies on the global market. InnoTeam is announcing a vacancy for an Accountant.

• Perform daily accounting operations, journal entries, and bank transfers;
• Process the data required to calculate salaries, advances, and bonuses, and prepare payroll statements;
• Monitor cash registers and other cash operations;
• Prepare and submit tax returns, including the pension declaration, on time;
• Check and record invoices, waybills, and other primary documents, and monitor their statuses;
• Reconcile balances with suppliers, debtors, and creditors, and monitor settlements;
• Participate in the audit process and prepare the requested financial information and documentation;

• Higher education in finance, economics, or a related field;
• Knowledge of Georgian tax legislation;
• 2 years of experience in a similar position;
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel;
• Conversational proficiency in English;
• Organized, detail-oriented working style;
• Analytical thinking and risk assessment skills;
• A strong sense of responsibility;
• Ability to manage time effectively and set priorities.
• Будет плюсом: Knowledge of the Balance accounting software is preferred

• Work location: Tbilisi, S. Tsintsadze Street.
• Work schedule: full-time, 5 days a week, 40 hours.
