They will be comfortable operating in a fast‑paced setting, managing multiple priorities simultaneously and working under pressure to meet strict reporting deadlines. This role requires a self‑driven and adaptable individual who demonstrates high standards of integrity, excellence, and teamwork, and who brings a strong attention to detail and analytical mindset to their work. The successful candidate will be able to communicate effectively across multiple functions and cultures, interacting confidently with both financial and non‑financial stakeholders, as well as internal and external auditors. A strong working knowledge of SAP, Oracle, or a similar ERP system is essential, along with solid Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel. The individual will also bring a continuous improvement mindset, with a focus on driving efficiency gains and supporting process enhancements. Experience of operating RTR processes in Shared Services in a multi-country corporate environment is a definite advantage.

A professional accounting qualification from a recognized body (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA); preference for a background in a practice training environment. Typically requires either a BA or BS degree in accounting or equivalent and 2-3 years of relevant experience. Experience operating in a Shared Service environment an advantage. Experience in biotech or pharmaceuticals industry also a plus.
