• Maintain full-cycle bookkeeping for group companies;
• Prepare balance sheets, income statements, and financial reports in compliance with legal requirements and IFRS;
• Conduct tax forecasting and implement tax optimization strategies;
• Prepare, submit, and file tax returns including corporate tax, SDC, WHT, VAT, VIES, and GESY;
• Calculate payroll and prepare, submit, and file relevant monthly and annual tax returns;
• Prepare and present monthly and annual management accounts and cash flow reports to management;
• Liaise with external service providers and government bodies;
• Provide guidance to colleagues on the preparation of financial documentation;
• Manage cost planning and analysis for various projects;

• At least 4 years of experience in a large international company;
• Higher education in accounting or finance;
• Proficiency with accounting and office tools like Word, Excel, and Google Docs;
• Fluent English with knowledge of professional financial terminology;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines;
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, responsibility, efficiency, and stress resilience;
• Nice to have: Experience in a Big 4 firm, ACCA/ACA certification, knowledge of Greek.
