• manage day-to-day financial operations, including bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, payroll support, and maintenance of the general ledger.
• preparing financial statements, monitoring budgets, performing reconciliations, and supporting audits and tax filings in compliance with local regulations.
• track project costs, analyze financial performance, and provide accurate financial reports and forecasts.
• implementing and improving accounting processes and tools to support a growing software development business.

• Candidates should possess strong accounting fundamentals, including knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping, general ledger management, and financial statement preparation.
• Candidates should possess skills in budgeting, financial analysis, and cost tracking to support project-based work and management reporting.
• Candidates should possess experience with accounting software and ERP tools, as well as proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas, spreadsheets) for financial data management.
• Candidates should possess familiarity with local tax regulations, compliance requirements, and audit processes relevant to Belarus and international clients.
• Candidates should possess attention to detail, strong numerical accuracy, and the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
• Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and present financial information clearly.
• Будет плюсом: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred; professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA-equivalent) are an advantage; Experience in IT, software development, or outsourcing companies is beneficial, along with comfort working in a dynamic, international business environment
