• Prepare and upload invoices to RS.GE for advance payments made under client contracts
• Upload domestic transportation waybills to the Revenue Service portal and record the corresponding transactions in the system
• Monitor advance payments based on information from the Chief Accountant and upload advance invoices, including tax documents, to the Revenue Service portal
• Process and verify sales-related transactions
• Add client information to the system
• Store and archive supporting documents for accounting entries monthly

• Higher education in finance or economics
• Intermediate Excel skills
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of the Tax Code and tax legislation
• Knowledge of International Accounting Standards
• Knowledge of accounting documentation and accounting software principles
• Ability to process and analyze information and data
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Effective time management
• Ability to work in a team
• Responsibility

• Net salary range: 1800–2000 GEL
