Accountant

Humain Dev Systems is looking for a Senior Accountant to manage accounting and tax operations, ensure compliance with Armenian legislation, and improve financial processes. We are looking for someone who combines strong accounting expertise with an analytical approach and takes initiative to improve workflows, reduce manual work, and support informed business decisions.

• Manage the company’s accounting and tax operations in compliance with Armenian legislation.
• Prepare and submit tax calculations and reports, ensuring accurate calculations and timely payments.
• Calculate salaries, vacation pay, and other employee payments.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and verify supporting documents, invoices, and account reconciliations.
• Monitor legislative changes and implement the necessary updates to accounting practices.
• Analyze revenue and expenses and provide management with financial reports and actionable insights.
• Identify and implement opportunities to optimize and automate accounting and financial processes.
• Liaise with tax authorities, banks, and other relevant institutions.

• At least 5 years of professional accounting experience.
• Previous accounting experience in an IT company is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of Armenian tax and labor legislation and the legal requirements relevant to the company’s operations.
• Practical understanding of accounting and taxation specifics within the IT sector.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas, PivotTables, data reconciliation, and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in electronic tax reporting, invoicing, and online payment platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify inefficiencies and implement practical improvements.
• High attention to detail, accountability, and the ability to organize work independently and meet deadlines.
