Accountant

The Accountant will work on-site in Tashkent, Uzbekistan in a full-time capacity, supporting clients and internal teams with accurate and timely financial information.

• Maintaining accounting records
• Preparing and reviewing financial statements
• Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Ensuring compliance with local tax and regulatory requirements
• Analyzing financial data to support consulting and strategic planning projects
• Assisting in the preparation of budgets and forecasts
• Contributing to tax optimization strategies in line with applicable legislation
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve financial processes, enhance transparency and control, and support the development of financial models that enable clients to make informed decisions

• Strong core accounting skills, including general ledger management, financial statement preparation, and reconciliation of accounts.
• Experience with tax accounting and compliance, including understanding of local tax regulations and participation in tax optimization initiatives.
• Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret financial data and support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
• Hands-on experience with accounting software and spreadsheets, and the ability to work with digital tools to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a consulting-oriented environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
• Ability to work on-site in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, collaborate within a team, and maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
• Knowledge of Russian and English
• Будет плюсом: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are an advantage; Prior experience in accounting, audit, or financial consulting is preferred; experience in outsourced accounting services is a plus
