We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Accounting & Reporting Specialist to join our Finance team.

This role acts as the trusted partner and right hand of the Finance Manager, owning the accounting and reporting agenda for the local entity and ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of financial information. The successful candidate will combine strong technical accounting expertise with a proactive, business-oriented mindset. They will oversee month-end and year-end close activities, perform critical reviews of financial data, support audits, drive process improvements, and serve as a key point of contact between local and global stakeholders. This is a high-impact role offering broad exposure across the business and full visibility of the P&L, Balance Sheet, cash flow, and key financial processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 3+ years of accounting experience in a multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and accounting principles.
• Experience with month-end and year-end closing.
• Experience supporting or leading external audits.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ownership mindset.
• Forecasting and management reporting experience.
• SAP or Wand ERP experience.
• Experience in high-volume transaction environments.
• Process improvement or finance transformation exposure.

This is a unique opportunity to become the trusted partner and right hand of the Finance Manager, with end-to-end exposure to the business and full visibility across the P&L.

Over the next 12–18 months, you will play a key role in strengthening accounting controls, improving reporting quality, driving process optimization initiatives, leading audit activities, and supporting future finance transformation projects.
