TPD Engineer for institutional liquidity hubs

A leading international FinTech group specializing in institutional brokerage, liquidity provision, and digital asset solutions.

• Administer institutional liquidity hubs, including sessions, symbols, routing, pricing, and risk configuration
• Lead counterparty onboarding on FIX and give-up (drop-copy) connectors
• Configure tailored streams for each counterparty, including symbol sets, markups, tiering, throttling, and session-specific routing
• Test new client connections end to end before go-live and perform conformance testing of external APIs
• Generate volume reports from hub interfaces and databases, and perform account reconciliation
• Handle complex FIX protocol issues, including session-layer problems, sequence gaps, rejects, and message-level analysis
• Respond quickly during emergency shift procedures

• Extensive senior-level experience administering oneZero (Xcore), PXM, Centroid, or FXCubic at institutional liquidity providers or prime brokerages
• Retail Brokerage backgrounds will not be considered
• Deep knowledge of FIX protocol troubleshooting, network fundamentals (TCP/IP, traceroute, telnet), REST API, and RabbitMQ
• Proven ability to improve existing setups through standardized templates, configuration baselines, and automation
• Readiness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and out-of-hours
• English at C1/C2 level
