• The engineer will design, implement, and maintain telecommunications and network infrastructure, including data, voice, and VoIP systems.
• Daily responsibilities include monitoring system performance, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and providing technical support to internal teams and stakeholders.
• The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to plan network upgrades, ensure system reliability and security, and document configurations, procedures, and incident resolutions.
• The engineer will also participate in capacity planning, compliance with relevant standards, and continuous improvement of telecommunications services.

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Telecommunications Systems and Voice over IP (VoIP).
• Candidates should possess solid Network Design and architecture skills for data and voice networks.
• Candidates should possess proven Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills for complex telecom environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical/Computer Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Astana, manage multiple tasks, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Будет плюсом: Relevant experience with network protocols, routing and switching, and telecom security best practices is beneficial; Professional certifications (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, or telecom-specific credentials) are a plus
