• Lead initiatives to automate operational processes, reducing manual effort and increasing reliability, scalability, and security
• Partner with IT and InfoSec leadership to design, implement, and optimise integrations across business-critical IT and security systems
• Design, build, and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code for identity, network, and security tooling, including CI/CD pipelines for safe, auditable changes
• Promote compliance with industry best practices and security standards, including CIS Benchmarks, and identify areas for improvement
• Support GRC initiatives through control implementation, audit evidence gathering, and automation-driven efficiency improvements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver projects aligned with the Enterprise Technology roadmap, with measurable impact and timely delivery
• Contribute to secure configuration and monitoring of AWS cloud infrastructure and work with the Platform team to deliver scalable, reliable security initiatives
• Develop and maintain internal documentation and knowledge bases
• Mentor and support engineers across InfoSec, IT, and Engineering, fostering continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and technical excellence

• Extensive experience in systems engineering, site reliability engineering, security engineering, or software development, with hands-on delivery in IT and security domains
• Ability to collaborate across business functions and work autonomously on high-impact, wide-reaching projects
• Strong knowledge of systems integration and automation
• Awareness of industry standards and frameworks such as CIS Benchmarks, SOC 2, and PCI DSS, and experience implementing compliance controls
• Cloud security expertise, including identity management, resource configuration, and monitoring
• Familiarity with modern device management, IAM, and EDR solutions, such as Okta, Iru, Island, and SentinelOne, as well as collaboration and networking tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, and Cloudflare Zero Trust
• Experience writing and operating Infrastructure-as-Code for identity, network, or cloud security systems
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders and influence at all levels
