• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Windows server environments;
• Administer and maintain Windows 10 workstations and infrastructure;
• Manage Omnissa Horizon and Citrix virtual desktop environments;
• Configure and maintain Azure Intune and Azure conditional access policies;
• Oversee Azure AD, Windows AD, and Hybrid AD environments;
• Apply and manage patches across Windows systems;
• Administer VMware infrastructure at a senior level;
• Participate in day-to-day operations and on-call rotations during operational hours;
• Build and maintain Azure DevOps pipelines;
• Develop automation scripts using PowerShell;
• Manage containerized environments using Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift OKD.

• 5+ Years of experience troubleshooting Windows servers and Windows 10 environments;
• Expertise in Omnissa Horizon Virtual Desktops or Citrix at a senior level;
• Proficiency in Azure Intune and Azure conditional access;
• Expertise in Azure AD, Windows AD, and Hybrid AD;
• Background in patch management of Windows systems;
• Senior-level knowledge of VMware administration;
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps pipelines;
• Skills in PowerShell scripting;
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift OKD;
• Flexibility to participate in day-to-day operations and on-call rotations during operational hours;
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher;
• Nice to have: ManageEngine experience, understanding of email flow in O365, knowledge of Mimecast, experience with NetApp SAN.
