• Administer, monitor, and maintain Windows and Linux servers, workstations, and corporate network infrastructure;
• Maintain and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network systems;
• Monitor system performance and ensure stable and reliable IT operations;
• Support business continuity through scheduled maintenance, system monitoring, and incident response;
• Participate in troubleshooting and resolving infrastructure-related incidents;
• Maintain and further develop the corporate website and internal web portals;
• Support the implementation and improvement of internal IT tools and systems;

• At least 3 years of experience in systems and network administration;
• Strong practical experience with Windows and Linux environments;
• Confident handling of diverse hardware, software, and network infrastructure;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to independently diagnose and resolve technical issues;
• Availability for scheduled maintenance and occasional out-of-hours incident response;
• High reliability, accountability, and ownership;
• Good working proficiency in English and Russian;
