We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented System Administrator intern to join our IT team. In this role, you will help maintain our IT infrastructure, support end-users, assist with network and system management. This is an ideal position for someone with foundational IT knowledge who is eager to grow their skills in server administration and network management.
Assist in configuring and maintaining Windows Server and Active Directory (AD) services.
Support basic server environments and perform initial troubleshooting.
Perform physical cabling, setup and hardware troubleshooting for employee workstations and office network devices.
Diagnose and resolve Windows OS desktop issues and hardware failures in a timely manner.
Additional Information

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
Experience in basic system administration, IT support, deployment, or configuration.
Windows Administration: Foundational knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory (AD), and Windows troubleshooting.
Networking: Understanding of core networking principles.
Hardware & Cabling: Practical experience with PC hardware and cabling.
Analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to grow.
