• Lead the design and development of Agentic AI applications aligned with business objectives and technical requirements;
• Implement and maintain SRE practices to improve system reliability, availability, and performance;
• Manage infrastructure as code using AWS services and tools, including CloudFormation and AWS SDK;
• Monitor application performance and reliability with Dynatrace, CloudWatch, and Prometheus;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables;
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members;
• Identify and resolve technical challenges to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions;
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in AI development, cloud computing, and SRE.

• Proven expertise in Agentic AI development;
• Strong knowledge of AWS services and infrastructure management;
• Experience with SRE practices and methodologies;
• Proficiency in infrastructure as code using CloudFormation or AWS SDK;
• Hands-on experience with Dynatrace, CloudWatch, and Prometheus;
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;
• Demonstrated ability to lead software development projects and teams;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment;
• Nice to have: Professional-level certification in Agentic AI development, AWS certification such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, familiarity with Kubernetes or Docker, experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
