site reliability engineer for healthcare marketplaces

ShiftKey is a healthcare technology company operating a SaaS platform and a two-sided marketplace that connects healthcare facilities with licensed and certified professionals to fill available shifts. Its products operate under strict regulatory requirements and address healthcare staffing shortages.

• Take ownership of reliability, availability, and operational health for a regulated healthcare marketplace platform;
• Mentor a mid-level engineer and help shape the reliability function as it grows;
• Work across cloud infrastructure, container orchestration, and infrastructure-as-code to keep the platform reliable and auditable;
• Write production automation using scripting as a daily part of the role;
• Partner with a sibling engineering team to make its existing support for the platform unnecessary.

• Have substantial hands-on experience running production infrastructure in the cloud, including container orchestration and infrastructure-as-code;
• Be able to debug real incidents under pressure without relying only on runbooks;
• Have strong scripting and automation ability in at least one general-purpose language;
• Operate with significant autonomy and make and defend judgment calls without constant management oversight;
• Have experience mentoring other engineers.

• Monthly gross remuneration ranges from PLN 22,000 to PLN 25,000 under an employment contract (CoE/umowa o pracę);
