• Monitor and control the availability of production services 24/7;
• Monitor and detect production environment problems;
• Troubleshoot first- and second-tier infrastructure and application issues;
• Work with Operations, Product, R&D, and Support teams to escalate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues;
• Provide proper documentation for supported SRE activities and standards.

• AI-driven mindset and experience using LLM tools;
• Experience with Linux-based systems;
• Scripting experience with Python, Bash, or similar tools;
• Basic monitoring experience;
• Good communication skills;
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills;
• Team player with flexibility to work 24/7 rotating shifts;
• Proficiency in English;
• Nice to have: familiarity with AWS/GCP or other cloud providers, familiarity with AI tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, and MCP, experience with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, NewRelic, Signalfx, CloudWatch, or DataDog, SQL experience, IaC experience with Terraform, experience with distributed systems, containers, and Kubernetes.
