Symphony Solutions provides a multi-brand iGaming platform that enables operators to manage business operations in regulated markets worldwide. The platform integrates Player Account Management, Sportsbook, and Casino products, utilizing a microservices architecture based on Scala and a React/TypeScript back office.
задачи
- Own production reliability practices in collaboration with DevOps and engineering teams;
- Monitor production health and enhance observability;
- Support releases, hotfixes, rollbacks, and post-release monitoring;
- Validate deployment and rollback readiness;
- Participate in incident response and root cause analysis (RCA)/postmortem sessions;
- Maintain runbooks, dashboards, alerting rules, and operational documentation;
- Ensure release evidence is traceable and audit-ready;
- Coordinate with Dev, QA, Product, Support, Release Manager, and DevOps during production events.
требования
- Strong experience with Linux, Kubernetes/GKE, and Docker;
- Practical experience with GCP infrastructure, including IAM, networking, and load balancing;
- Proficiency with Helm and GitOps/FluxCD;
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and production diagnostics;
- Experience with observability tools like Prometheus, Alertmanager, and Grafana;
- Solid knowledge of networking fundamentals, including DNS, TLS, and routing;
- Ability to define and apply SLI/SLO/SLA targets;
- Experience with incident response, service recovery, and RCA;
- Operational knowledge of databases and messaging systems like PostgreSQL, Couchbase, Kafka, or Elasticsearch;
- Understanding of security and compliance basics;
- Strong ownership, accountability, and structured troubleshooting skills;
- Ability to maintain calm and clear communication during production incidents;
- English for work and documentation;
- Nice to have: Terraform/IaC, advanced GCP design, ArgoCD, database performance tuning, service mesh, on-call rotation experience, RCA facilitation, betting/gaming domain experience, basic understanding of AI agents.
