• Oversee and scale cloud infrastructure using Istio to manage a complex ecosystem of 100+ microservices;
• Drive innovation in monitoring frameworks by implementing and maintaining tracing and metrics pipelines using Grafana Alloy, Mimir, and OpenTelemetry / Jaeger;
• Maintain the stability of existing systems while supporting their architectural migration and replacement within GCP;
• Coordinate the rollout, maintenance, and optimization of the Kubernetes platform across diverse cloud environments and bare-metal systems worldwide;
• Own infrastructure initiatives end-to-end, translating ambiguous or high-level objectives into reliable, production-ready engineering solutions;
• Participate in a respectful team culture, engaging with mentors and peers to elevate engineering standards.

• Experience managing production systems;
• Ability to navigate loosely defined objectives and operate independently;
• Proficiency in cloud architecture and infrastructure management;
• Strong understanding of Kubernetes and containerization;
• Nice to have: Experience with Istio, Grafana Alloy, Mimir, OpenTelemetry, Jaeger, Go, Java.
