The firm trades across global markets as a well-established high-frequency trading business. Its small engineering teams own what they build, and engineering drives the business.

Secure and harden the AWS estate, including IAM, network controls, encryption, logging, and monitoring
Build security into CI/CD, including scanning, secrets management, and policy as code
Set guardrails and review infrastructure as code
Detect threats and respond to incidents across cloud environments
Work with engineers on secure design for new systems
Own security across the cloud estate, mainly AWS
Build security into the software delivery process from day one
требования
Background in HFT, prop trading, a hedge fund, or crypto is essential
Strong hands-on DevSecOps experience
Deep AWS security knowledge
Ability to write automation and tooling in Python, Go, or similar languages
Infrastructure as code experience, such as Terraform
Comfortable working independently in a fully remote setup
