intcube GmbH provides cybersecurity consulting and delivery services focused on protecting customers’ Windows and cloud environments, strengthening resilience, and implementing practical security improvements.

• Harden customers’ Active Directory, Entra ID, and Azure environments, assess their current state, and develop a reliable target architecture;
• Develop and facilitate workshops with technicians, discuss proposed designs, and incorporate feedback;
• Write recovery and contingency plans for critical infrastructures and ensure they work in emergencies;
• Lead customer projects independently from planning through completion and act as the main point of contact;
• Share knowledge in cohorts where multiple companies implement concrete improvements together over several months.

• Deep knowledge of Windows environments, including Active Directory, Entra ID, Azure Security, and Endpoint;
• Ability to translate technical results for both administrators and management;
• Experience independently planning, managing, and completing customer projects;
• Business-fluent German;
• English at least C1;
• EU work permit;
• Nice to have: offensive security experience such as AD attack paths or pentesting, experience with Microsoft Defender, XDR, or comparable stacks, knowledge of NIS-2, DORA, or ISO 27001.
