• Own and continuously develop the MS security stack and strategy;
• Advise on and implement security controls for applications and infrastructure, focusing on Microsoft and Windows;
• Design, implement, and optimize security strategies;
• Conduct and support information security risk analyses, including third-party security and data privacy assessments;
• Identify security gaps, translate risks into concrete technical solutions, and support their remediation;
• Assess and improve the effectiveness of technical and organizational security measures;
• Advise teams on secure design principles, application integrity, and best practices in modern security architectures;
• Run security and IT projects end-to-end, from scoping through implementation, with cost efficiency as a guiding principle;
• Act as a credible technical partner for senior developers and other MSPs, translating complex technical input into clear next steps;
• Lead the continuous improvement process for ISO 27001 and lead ABRO implementation per project;
• Establish data governance and documentation labeling, including the security dimension, for example through MS Purview;
• Contribute to innovation and new security propositions, including the AI approach, with a focus on improving user experience.

• Deep practical knowledge of Microsoft security tooling, including Defender, Entra ID, Purview, Intune, and Sentinel;
• Experience with security strategy across multiple organizations or business units;
• Experience with ISO 27001;
• Fluent in both Dutch and English;
• Nice to have: Ability to read code and test configurations, experience configuring Linux and macOS environments, experience with frameworks such as ABRO.
