• Advise clients on technical designs suited to their situation and environment;
• Design and implement customized solutions that are robust, secure, and scalable;
• Contribute expertise to other disciplines, including reviewing built infrastructure and supporting technical proposals;
• Stay informed about the latest technologies and solutions and share this knowledge internally or at conferences;
• Coach and train colleagues according to experience level;
• Build secure, distributed sensor networks end to end;
• Design and implement fully managed cloud platforms using tools such as Terraform and Ansible;
• Develop interfaces between security events and security monitoring solutions such as Splunk, ELK, Kafka, and Hadoop.

• 2–6 Years of experience in a similar cybersecurity role;
• Experience with IT automation technologies such as Ansible, Puppet, Salt, or Windows DSC;
• Experience with virtual cloud infrastructure such as AWS, Azure, or Rackspace;
• Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware, KVM, Xen, or Hyper-V;
• Experience with Linux container technologies such as Docker, LXC/LXD, or Kubernetes;
• Knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems;
• Experience with identity and access management such as Active Directory, OpenLDAP, or FreeIPA;
• Experience with SIEM, log management, security analytics, VPN, ELK, or Apache big data;
• Knowledge of network technologies, IDS, and IPS;
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English;
• Team-player experience with a professional attitude and the ability to work independently;
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
