• Design, implement, operate, monitor, maintain, and continuously improve security controls and technologies across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments;
• Align security solutions with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and Bank security policies;
• Build and integrate automation and AI features in security controls and technologies;
• Support vulnerability management, security configuration reviews, and control effectiveness validation;
• Support cyber incident response activities with technical and technology-specific expertise;

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related subject;
• Experience in security architecture and engineering across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments;
• Hands-on experience with firewall management, including security policy configuration, rule reviews, VPNs, threat-prevention controls, upgrades, monitoring, and troubleshooting;
• Experience implementing secure configuration management and Zero Trust architecture principles;
• Experience developing or integrating AI-assisted security operations and automation;
• Experience implementing and operating cloud security controls, particularly within Microsoft Azure environments;
• Experience with Microsoft security technologies, including Microsoft Defender for Servers & Endpoints, Exchange Online Protection and Defender for Office 365, and Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps;
• Experience with networking and communications;
• Experience with Azure Cloud Shell and Azure CLI Scripting;
• Experience with Azure Policies;
• Experience with Infrastructure As Code languages, including Ansible and Terraform;
• Technical leadership and architectural decision-making capabilities;
• Strategic problem-solving and analytical thinking;
• Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration skills;
• High sense of ownership, accountability, and delivery excellence;
• Continuous learning mindset with a passion for innovation and emerging technologies;
• Nice to have: Master’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related subject, AWS security controls experience, Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate (AZ-500), Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect Expert (SC-100), CISSP, CISM.
