Lead the deployment and optimization of observability tools
Optimize the performance and reliability of data pipelines and observability tools
Develop comprehensive reports and insights for senior management
Mentor mid-level engineers and lead team training sessions
Contribute to the design and implementation of the overall architecture for security observability
Develop strategies for scaling observability solutions across the organization
Perform advanced data analysis and use machine learning to enhance threat detection; develop models to predict and mitigate security risks
Influence and drive observability practices across multiple departments and business units
Advocate for observability best practices within the organization
Solve complex observability and security challenges
Develop reports for executive leadership and collaborate on strategic initiatives
требования
5+ Years of experience managing and optimizing complex data pipelines
Advanced knowledge of Google, AWS, or Azure services and the ability to integrate and optimize their use
Experience optimizing data pipeline and observability tool performance and reliability
Advanced Python scripting skills and experience with automation tools
Advanced knowledge of GitHub Actions, including modifying Actions
Advanced Terraform proficiency and experience designing and implementing complex infrastructure as code solutions
Ability to deploy multi-resource Terraform code
Ability to develop reports and insights using Miro, Markdown, and ADO Wiki

Expected starting compensation range: 278,800 PLN annually (gross); actual starting salary depends on location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education. A recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process
