• Research, select, deploy, and operationalize tooling for MDM, work app isolation, Zero Trust access, DLP, and device hardening;
• Own MDM strategy and configuration across macOS and Windows corporate endpoints and iOS and Android BYOD devices, including compliance baselines, hardening, and self-service app delivery;
• Own the work app isolation and BYOD data-containment model, including platform evaluation, selection, deployment, optimization, and support;
• Own the ZTNA client rollout and endpoint compliance posture as a gate for network access;
• Own endpoint security policy covering DLP, patching cadence, OS hardening, application control, and USB and removable media controls;
• Own laptop backup coverage, policy, and periodic recovery testing;
• Partner with the Security team on EDR/XDR endpoint tuning and incident triage;
• Produce SOC 2 and ISO 27001 evidence for endpoint controls during audit cycles;
• Provide walk-up and desk-side support for London office employees;
• Own device provisioning at the London office, including new-hire builds, onboarding training, refresh, and secure retirement;
• Own AV and meeting-room technology checks in the London office;
• Own local asset management, including receiving, tagging, stock control, and end-of-life disposal in line with policy;
• Provide on-site technical support for events and executive visits hosted in the London office;
• Coordinate with other Site Technical Leads on site coverage, escalations, and cross-office standards;
• Use approved AI tools, including Google Gemini, Claude, and AI Studio, to accelerate policy documentation, telemetry analysis, and script drafting;
• Identify AI-driven automation opportunities across endpoint operations;
• Share effective practices with the broader IT team and help colleagues build their AI fluency.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience;
• At least 6 years of experience in endpoint engineering or endpoint security, with clear senior-level ownership in recent roles;
• Hands-on MDM experience at scale across 1,000+ devices using Addigy, Jamf, Intune, or an equivalent;
• Experience designing endpoint security policies covering DLP, patching, OS hardening, and application control;
• Working knowledge of EDR/XDR platforms, including CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, or Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, with deployment, tuning, and incident triage experience;
• Working knowledge of ZTNA and Zero Trust access, including the ability to explain the endpoint-to-identity policy chain in plain terms;
• Genuine openness and enthusiasm for AI tools, with curiosity about an AI-first approach;
• Strong customer service instinct and the ability to triage calmly, solve issues, and route unresolved problems;
• Ability to work and think independently, take initiative, and be effective with or without detailed work direction;
• Ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 20 kg (approximately 45 lb) around the London office;
• Nice to have: Hands-on experience with work app isolation or BYOD platforms and data-containment policy design, familiarity with Okta and Microsoft Entra ID for conditional access, experience producing SOC 2 or ISO 27001 evidence for endpoint controls, experience with laptop backup platforms and periodic recovery testing, corporate AV and meeting-room experience with Zoom Rooms, Google Meet Series One, Poly, or Logitech.
