• Design and implement cloud and infrastructure security solutions;
• Strengthen security through secrets management, audit logging, and controlled production access;
• Assess the current state and build a consistent view of gaps and high-impact risks;
• Remove security burdens from teams through automation and platform-level solutions;
• Work closely with Infrastructure, DevOps, and development teams;
• Understand current technical implementations and integrate security into them.

• Hands-on experience designing and implementing platform and infrastructure security solutions;
• Ability to explain security architecture, decisions, and potential improvements;
• Recent hands-on experience securing cloud environments;
• Strong infrastructure engineering background;
• Engineer-focused approach based on architecture and implementation;
• Ability to explain risks using evidence, architecture, and concrete scenarios;
• Candidates focused primarily on monitoring, alert triage, and incident analysis are not a fit;
• Candidates specializing in threat research, malware analysis, cryptography, or lab-style cybersecurity are not a fit;
• Candidates whose recent work is mostly policies, compliance documents, and audits are not a fit;
• Candidates seeking a management track or ownership of a security function are not a fit;
• Nice to have: Infrastructure-as-Code, container and Kubernetes security, Python, Go, Bash, GCP, AWS, Azure, securing AI tool usage.
