• Define and execute the company's cybersecurity strategy;
• Lead and develop the Cyber Security team;
• Oversee Security Operations, Incident Response, Threat Detection, and Vulnerability Management;
• Drive Cloud Security, Application Security, and DevSecOps initiatives across the organization;
• Strengthen security architecture and ensure the protection of critical infrastructure and platforms;
• Collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, and product teams to embed security into the software development lifecycle;
• Improve security processes through automation and AI-driven technologies;
• Ensure alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements, including ISO 27001, PCI DSS, DORA, and SWIFT CSCF.

• Bring 7+ years of experience in Cyber Security, including at least 2 years in a leadership role;
• Demonstrate a strong technical background in Security Engineering, Security Operations, Cloud Security, or DevSecOps;
• Possess hands-on experience with Incident Response, Threat Detection, Vulnerability Management, and Security Architecture;
• Have experience working with cloud environments such as AWS and/or GCP and modern infrastructure technologies;
• Lead cross-functional teams and drive security initiatives across engineering organizations;
• Nice to have: Previous experience in fintech, banking, payments, or other highly regulated industries.
